Goodie Carangi is a recurring character of the Paramount+ series, Tulsa King. He is portrayed by Christopher Caldovino.
Biography[]
Dennis “Goodie” Carangi is a made member in the Invernizzi Crime Family’s administration, acting as the Family’s consigliere. Goodie was well acquainted with Dwight Manfredi before his incarceration.
Goodie informed Dwight that Peter Invernizzi had passed away, wrongly believing the boss had suffered a heart attack. Dwight sent for Goodie to come to Tulsa. The Invernizzi brass agreed to let him visit Dwight so that they could keep track of his operations.
Goodie became disillusioned with “Chickie” Invernizzi’s brutal leadership style. He was particularly upset by the assault of Dwight’s legitimate son-in-law, Emery.
Chickie ordered Goodie and Vince Antonacci to travel with him to Tulsa in order to carry out a hit on Dwight. However, Dwight was prepared for the betrayal, and had his shooters well-positioned to foil their plans. Dwight renounced his ties to the Family but allowed Goodie the decision to join him. Ultimately, Goodie chose to defect to Dwight’s crew and remain in Tulsa.

Personality[]
Carangi is loyal, especially to Dwight. He was surprised and enraged when he learned what Nico had done to Tina Manfredi. Goodie remarked he himself would have killed Nico, had he known about it before.
Carangi dislikes his given name, Dennis. He is known only as “Goodie,” to the point that Dwight remarks he never knew his real name. Carangi answers sheepishly, to which Dwight joked, “We’ll stick with Goodie.”
He seems to despise flying on an airplane, choosing to take the train from New York to Oklahoma. He attributes this, in part, to invasive searches by the TSA.
